ORDER AND NOW, to wit, this 15th day of October, 1990, the Court having considered the appellee's Motion to Dismiss, and it appearing that the Court is without jurisdiction to review the appellant's contention that the Family Court might enter an erroneous order at some time in the future; IT IS ORDERED that the within appeal be, and hereby is, DISMISSED for lack of jurisdiction to hear and decide a matter which is neither an interlocutory nor a final judgment. Moreover, it would require us to render an impermissible advisory opinion, which we decline to do. Sannini v. Casscells, Del. Supr., 401 A.2d 927, 930 (1979).
